A. Saw 30 Days Of Night last weekend with ladydanzia. Amazing, utterly amazing. Great story, great actors, fantastic gore, and a twist ending that just leaves you gut-punched. I recommend you see it, especially if you are a fan of horror movies ( Read more... )

Gotta tell ya, one of the reasons I moved back to Philly is to have Metropolis and Digital Ferret Discs in my backyard again, so I can get new releases the day/week they're released!

I have to say I didn't care for 30 Days of Night... It was... "over done" in my opinion. Then again there hasn't been a really decent ..er.. horror movie in a LONG time. Last one I can remember seeing and NOT being disappointed in is Shaun of the Dead. lol. Directly after (give or take a half hour) I was then pulled to see Saw IV. It was a decent waste of an evening though. Teehee.

And I suppose I'll have to get my hands on the new Heimataerde. Next time I get to DF I'll pop in and see if they have it. I have a friend of mine visiting from Canadadada and I promised a trip to Philly... Yeesh.
