Apparently my blood pressure isn't just high. It's very likely i'm going to have a heart attack or stroke anytime. Just found out it's news and a surpirse too me too. I feel fine(other than the damn abcessed tooth, and the upper respiretory infection i'm sporting...when it rain it's pours). Figures i'm now most likely to die of a broken heart....

I don't know what the nature of your hypertension is or if there's something else that's bothering you, but they can help you out with that you know. Diet, medication, that sort of thing..can't they?

It's not all that uncommon for younger people to be afflicted with hypertension nowadays. I was treated for a mild form of it when I had a reaction to one of the Pills I was on, and I felt really horrbile about it but the doctor said it's not so uncommon, it' sjust important to do what you need to do to help yourself.

Jesus, can't they put you on blood pressure medicine to lower it??? Lexapro or Procardia something??? Hopefully, you will be fine and they can put you on a medication that will lower your blood pressure.

I have a friend who has a similar condition... they advised him to put an entire grapefruit into a blender and make a juice out of it and drink it daily. Yes, thats including the skin. The skin is supposed to clean out your arterys. Though it tastes fucking terrible, it might be a way cheap way to self medicate yourself.
