Does anyone here know how to unlock a Word document on a PC? I'm in big trouble if I can't figure this out!

I didn't even know that they could be locked....
I will ask Mr Crankypants when he wakes up maybe he will know...

I have an old version of Word on my pc but have you checked under "tools" to see if the document is protected (you may have to expand the menu to see that) I think you can just uncheck it if it is. Or check under the "options" in the tools menu then check the security tab to see what is checked/unchecked.

I don't even have a 'tools' tab but I think I found a solution. Thanks for trying!
