The picture is easily explained by looking at the license plate--it's California. The narcoleptic mechanic and the pony are both protected by more laws than the car owner. The car owner tried to complain about the shoddy repair work, but then a hundred Berkeley protesters rose up to call the owner a bigot against the consciousness-challenged and charge him or her with animal cruelty for hurting the pony's feelings.
