So, I got a new phone and it's a sprint. I'm new to this whole textmessaging/internet/downloading/ringtone stuff, and I am trying to download music on to my phone, but they only have a limited amount of music to download, and most of it is crap ( Read more... )

Psh. You don't want those. What you really want is "Bring Me Down" by Pillar. And you can get it (for $3) from this site here. Do it. You know you want to.

it might take me a little longer, actually. my programs i use to do stuff like that just aren't working right. i can get the first two seconds of the song to play as a ringtone but not the rest. gotta work on that.

For a $6 donation, you can join 3GUpload.com It's like the napster of ringtones, wallpapers and softwares for phones. I also think if you find a file, they'll let you upload it to your phone too, such as a .wav or .midi Anyways, check that out, one of my friends uses it.

What type of Sprint phone are you using? With most of the new Sprint phones, you can use Xingtone to create your own ringtones from your mp3/wav files and cd tracks. See www.xingtone.com for more information.
