Starting on a journey to get fit. For real this time. Trying to get my cardio in every day, and walking a fitness trail at my local park with
oohsupercilious and some other friends 2-3 times a week! :D Going to buy some weights for arm shit soon. Think I'll get 15 lbs. C

Make sure you stretch before and after anything strenuous you do, it'll really help cut down on the amount of laying around wishing to die that you do. If you want to keep track of your weight I'd suggest you weigh in once a week instead of everyday. 2-3 pounds a week is healthy weight loss, so if you're in that range you're doing fine. Honestly your diet is probably pretty good as it is just because you literally can't eat/drink most of the stuff that gets people normally.
Set goals for yourself that're healthy, track how you're doing, and just keep at it! I'm a big fan of running personally since it's a decent work out for the effort and mental energy you put into it, but not everybody likes to just space out and run for half an hour.

Yeah, I forgot to stretch the first day I did the fitness trail and I was like "Yep. Fuck THIS!" Second day, we stretched and it was awwwright.
Definitely not weighing myself every day, haha! The watched pot never boils. My goal for weight loss is between 12-15 lbs- my main problem is the normal stomach pudge and lack of definition, not my overall weight. :/ Also, I never really eat shitty anymore. Like you said, it's hard to when I can't eat stuff like fast food and calorie-filled soda things.
I went for a 45 minute walk yesterday. Wasn't terrible, really, so I think it's some decent cardio I can do when I don't work doubles! Spacing out and running was never a problem for me, and it seems like a pretty good overall cardio workout. C:

Andrew and I have been talking about working out and such all winter so I was happy to go jogging with you guys yesterday. We totally need to keep it up, even if its just going to play DDR a few times a week.
Nick N. invited me to go and do morning yoga with him one day last D&D so if that ever happens maybe you can come along! I really wanna do belly dancing, too. Get some DVDs or something, I don't know. xDD
