Trip, Concert, Pics, etc

Thursday
I brought a camera this time to take some pics but I still really didnt take many. Its cool tho, got a few still.

So I took a small 2 prop plane to Flint, MI and waited at the airport a bit for Jess. She ran into some complications but all is good. I played some Mario64 mini games on the DS. I managed to use my employee ID to get a discount at that airport. It was $.

Anyways, Jess showed up and we got in touch with Mr. Pasuhfsuibf'oh Jeff. We picked him up and went to the Bavarian Lodge or however you spell it. The german town thing with the biggest Christmas store in the world apparently. No C-Mas shopping this time round, maybe next. Sorry guys.

Now at first I wasnt thrilled of the idea of ITG or Supernova when there was a 5th Mix in Ann Arbor but my feelings quickly changed when we got there. The ITG had a few amazing songs I listened to from Bonkers CDs and if you know me, when I find a few my favorite songs im in heaven. There was a remix to 24-7 and Bang Like A Mother was on it. I played those songs a few times and had such a blast. I didnt know I could move that fast and even without the bar still. Jess played the Candy Crane game and got us some Candy Sigs and Hot Ta...dont know how to spell it. We we're smokin it up yo. I got a pretty intense picture of Jeff as well after one of his massive PA attacks. It was good times but made us hungry.

After getting a bit tired and worn out from ITG we headed to B-Dubs kinda close to Jeffs. It was boneless wing night so obviously it was a party. I downed a few glasses of Mr. Pibb like a beer bong and felt sick when I got my wings so I only ate half. Jess was very demanding about getting her ranch dressing and Jeff could tell you everything about Van Halen, Genesis, and the one guy whos dead on whatever football game that was on. Oh, and lets not forget previous to B-Dubs about family portraits with our loafs of bread who had to get flu shots for it. Its the only way to go.

The night went by pretty fast and the next I know Jeff's at home, Jess got some homework done and im trying to fall asleep on the couch...but not befoe a duet of Nas - Hate Me Now by Jeff and I on the way home.

Friday
Jess and I woke up around 10 and went to eat breakfast/lunch at her dining hall. Oh man it was heaven for me. They had everything. Tons of cereals, waffle makers, nachos and cheese, fries, pizza, and tons of other shit. I end up eatting: A bowl of fruity pebbles, nachos and cheese, 2 pieces of pizza, a huge waffle, drank a glass of apple juice and Mt Dew. I would have taken pics of this glorious place if my camera was on me.

Jess had class around 12 to 3 so I chilled in her dorm room for a bit. I talked to her roommate Kelsey about movies, tv shows, and about cooking. She was a bit different but still pretty cool. She showed me all these movies and I ended up watching Iron Man for the first time. That movie was pretty sweet. By the time Iron Man was over Jess was about done with class.

Soon as Jess got home we went to a small mall somewhere near by. We had to pick up her ticket for the concert later today. We stopped a clothing store or 2 and talked about clothes. She wants to take me clothes shopping. Im pretty picky when it comes to clothes and still wearing some shirts I bought when I was 16 or so. Anyways, after we got the ticket we had to get the other person coming to the concert with us at her dorm who was also named Kelsey.

We got to the concert pretty late and I believe we missed 1 of the bands. We managed to see the last few songs performed by The Secret Handshake. What was pretty funny was I said we had to roll up in this place in style so I popped on Miley Cirus' song Party in the USA...and what do you know TSH played a cover of this. It was pretty sweet and I got a small video of it but I bet the sound is crappy. Every Avenue played after them and they were pretty decent. Then The Academy Is... came on.

Now I dont really know these bands but I've heard of them and if I had to pick a band to hear it was The Academy Is. Honestly they really didnt disappoint but the lead singer looked like such a flaming homo in the clothing he was wearing. I really hope I dont think of that whenever I hear their songs now. Really tho they played 1 new song which was pretty good and played 1 of the 2 songs I somewhat remember from sometime. They were the only band you could really hear some of the vocals to over the music. I liked them quite a bit.

Mayday Parade was last on stage. Jess and Kelsey really wanted to see them the most. Unfortunately it was really hard to distinguish much if any lyrics at all over their music. The only way I know some of the words is from Jess singing and that song was pretty decent. Besides not being able to hear the lyrics, the music was pretty good.

The concert went by pretty fast and overall I had a pretty good time. We stopped at Taco Bell and everyones order but mine turned out ok. This black lady was impatient, a bitch, and apparently fucking stupid as she didnt understand what I was telling her after 4 times. It really upset me but I got over it. I ended up falling asleep otw home. I was just tired as I dont normally do much at all at home.

We got back to the dorm around 1230am and decided to skip out on Pinball Pete's and 5th mix this time =(. I was just so tired plus I had to wake up early for my flight home. Next time for sure. I had a fun time and it was nice to just get out of the house. I really havent done much in awhile and its pretty boring around Parma these days lately. Thanks for having me over Jess.
