IF POLVO ARE PLAYING IN YOUR CITY AND YOU ARENT LITERALLY STABBING AND KILLING WHOEVER YOU NEED TO IN ORDER TO GET TICKETS THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM NO DOCTORS CAN SOLVE
Which one, the one on Saturday or the secret show at O'Brien's? Too drunk after Beerfest on Saturday to hove myself towards a show; got back from New Hampshire too late to go on Sunday (or to go to Dianogah or Catherine Wheel for that matter). I am sort of classically terrible at making it out to shows as it is, possibly because I'm a HUGE SELLOUT.
The only thing worse about Ash moving to San Fransisco two months after we started jamming, was the fact that he then set me up to play with Mary Timony. I met her two days before 9/11. Of course, everything got completely fucked up and we ended up never playing together. I got pretty depressed and then didn't play much for SEVEN YEARS.
i cant believe i have found others who LOVE this band..i am from nc..sorta- 6 yrs i lived there and a guy turned me on to them...speechless on how innovative they are.i wish i didn't get into them after the fact they broke up!

Brien's, cause the bar in noho that tried to book them fucked up and booked them last week, 3 days before Harvey milk's tour even started.

HOLY SHIT YES
The NYC show was AMAZING. I did NOT expect to hear 75% NEW MATERIAL.
Also Ash remembered me!!!!! The three times we jammed in 2000 were one of the highlights of my musical life; I hope it happens again sometime.
