You used to always pat me on the head when I hugged you in school.

My first clear memory is running up to you in the halls and giving you a big hug. I know I knew you before then, but that's the best early memory I have

Why? Because I believe that humans are infinitely capable of being loving and good. Even when they aren't loving and good to me.
