How early is too early?

So what time should I refrain from spinning until?

I mean, i wake up at 7am when i'm trying to sleep in, and i wake up wanting to spin....

At one time, I worried about my neighbors... but i know better now..
I could ONLY HOPE they'd waste their time complaining to the office.

I'd start with the theme from the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. There's a not-awful version of it by Erasure.

then spun for like, 2 hours...
