Why do I feel panicky?

I've gotta go have an MRI done tomorrow, well actually today, in about 11 hours. Im afraid of what they might find, maybe I have a bad disc and will need surgery, maybe I don't and just need spine therapy

thank you, well the scan is over, but Im more worried bout the results. Hopefully everything will come out ok.
