The end

Folks, this may well be the last entry of this journal. Reading all the bullshit being written by white "radical" dudes about how they won't vote for Obama has really been the nail in the coffin. Basically this blog is my last connection to the "radical left/counterculture". I still associate with folks on the far left personally, but these folks ( Read more... )

This is too bad. I never commented on your journal or anything, but I always appreciated reading it. I still identify as anarchist (and volunteer at the local infoshop!), but I also see that that has limits and that an infoahop won't change the world. I seriously voted for the first time in our (Canada) last federal election because I realized that, while voting won't bring down capitalism or anything, who wins the election can make a world of difference in a lot of issues. I hope that you don't close your journal because of idiots. I know I don't comment much, but I do enjoy reading it ( ... )

I will miss you too! I understand if you are getting depressed by your flist - maybe livejournal can be a place for you to keep up on other things/people/movements? I use my livejournal more personally - to keep in touch/small tabs on people I don't see much cuz we are far away, plus keeping up with some entertaining smart people in different states..

then again the internet is a major time-waster.
