Thanks, buddy... for too long I've left this hobby and talent ignored. It's a passion that I truly enjoy sharing with other people!

"I'm with the DJ!

I'm with the DJ, OK?"

(They played this on BPM at the Gym the other morning, and
Eddie and I both went into tandem hysterics.)

Thanks, Aaron! Normally I'm pretty humble, but yeah, I know I got the mad skillz... I'm certainly not the best, but yeah, I think I am pretty damn good.

I still have my CD single of "DJ Girl" that I bought when it first came out — I'll have to send you a copy of the mixes, which like the song itself haven't aged well over the last decade!!

How is allterrain? I haven't seen him on here in ages and ages. I should call him, I guess.

I haven't talked to him much myself... I chatted with him online briefly last month, but as far as I know, he's doing well in Dallas.

I had given it up for several years because I was burned out

that's one of the reasons why i was never jealous of my other DJ friends who had residencies
if i was in a mood, or just didn't want to spin i didn't have to
they would always have to be "on"
at least with the way i go about it, if i have something to say i can plan it, spin it, record it and upload it for others to enjoy

with that said,
congrats on getting your gig
when i started going to the eagle (a long long time ago) it was when magicboy (???) was there
he played kick ass music
the best part though was that early in the evening he would even play more aggressive stuff like NIN, Filter and once he even played KMFDM
here's to you shaking things up a bit

Oooh -- fun industrial stuff! I used to play all that good stuff on my college radio show 15 years ago. :)
