This was hands down the best birthday/Thanksgiving weekend ever. I have the best friends in the world, and thisisamuffin is my favourite Birthday Twin ever! Thanks to everyone who came out on any of the days, I nearly wasn't going to celebrate my birthday at all and I'm glad I did ( Read more... )

Indeed, I make a great vegan chocolate cake actually :-) Usually I make the icing too. Baking is one of my favourite things to do.
I've been a veggie since March, I stopped eating red meat in January. I can never give up cheese, so being vegan would be impossible because I would break on a near daily basis!

I once made smartie muffin type things and unfortunately we didn't add flour either...
It was a class project and needless to say, no one at them =(
Except me... they were really good! until (like your rolls) they got really heavy on my stomach and I didn't feel so good for the rest of the day.
So the lesson of the day is to never let me cook anything lol

I'm glad you had a great birthday, how was your ass doing after Friday? tee hee ;)
