Terms of Use
I. A credit to the design_kitten community is a must. Creating S1free and paid and S2free and paid layouts takes much time and energy. A link to the community crediting me for my work is a small price to pay for a free layout. Most layouts will already contain a link to Design Kitten. Any layout that does not, needs a link in your profile page.
II. Please leave a comment if you are taking a layout. Feedback is the only way I know if people like what I am doing. So, be kind and comment when you take a layout.
III. No modification of my layouts or the graphics provided. I create layouts to look a certain way and do not want that changed. Please do not make icons, friendsonly banners or any other type of graphic from the layouts.
IV. You may not use my layouts as templates or redistribute my layouts somewhere else.
V. READ before you ask a question. Questions that are easily answered by reading the FAQ will be ignored.
VI. Design-Kitten's journal layouts are provided without warranty of any kind either expressed or implied. In no event shall Design-Kitten become liable for any damages including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the layouts found here.
