A question for comics veterans.

On another forum, I was talking about the Avengers movie, and various stuff that I wasn't clear on. The discussion went back and forth, and along the way, someone posted a page from a comic about Captain America (or the "new" Captain America, whatever that means; I didn't ask for context because it would probably be too mind-numbingly confusing)

As a comics geek I should point out that the guy in the skull mask, Taskmaster, has the superhuman ability to copy other people's movements, so that's how he can copy Cap. The other guy in the Cap costume gets to the point he can copy Cap, a bit, but can't do all the stuff the real Cap can do.

Yup, that was him. As I remember the Agent never managed to do the sort of deflection shots Cap could with the shield...
