my best friend doesn't talk to me. i have to read livejournal to find out what's going on in her life. i think the only reason she likes to have me around is so she has someone to talk to while our boyfriends play pool together

i didn't tell you because i didn't want you to worry about it, you have enough things to be bothered with right now. i've been more worried about listening rather than talking about my own problems. (and you know i hide most of the things that bother me anyway, but i've been trying)
i have never thought of you as a "tag a-long" girlfriend to david, contrary to what you believe, people DO like you. you have your own separate personality away from david, and NO-ONE thinks of you that way. Yes, when you are in a relationship, you hang out with your significant other. it's even better when you and your significant other share the same group of friends. they are YOUR friends TOO. that's why everyone hangs out together.
quit worrying about these things, you know we all love you and we just want to see you happy.
I know you and I have not yet really "clicked", and that bothers me. I think you are one of the funniest people I know, and you are definately one of the best artists I know. I was gonna pull you aside tonight at Club North (assuming you are going, I hope you do) and tell you this in person. I have been thinking about this all day today actually. I just assumed you'd be coming last night, and that was stupid of me. I should have asked you directly, and I'm sorry.
I don't think of you as a tag-along either. You are always invited. Just like when I asked David one night if just he and I could go to the bar, not knowing that Sarah would be home. She felt as though I didn't want her to come and it took a while to convince her otherwise. Just as she was / is, you are always invited. Same goes for any of you in my book.
Don't ever, ever, EVER, feel like you are not wanted.
