Assistant manager at a salad and wrap place. Actually seems really cool. I have little management experience, no food prep or catering, so, yeah. That's bad. Also, no Spanish speaking experience, which works against me. But I did at least do really well on what I could. Heh. Observation is key ^^,

Assistant Manager is entry level stuff in most jobs. You finished college, right? That's a major indicator that you have some skills and, most importantly, CAN BE TAUGHT. So don't worry about the lack of skill/experience. If they really want you, they'll train you.

I didn't finish college, unfortunately, and that's definitely a strike against me. See, thing is, if they really want me, they'll want me for a reason. And I need to give them that reason. That's the tricky bit ^^
