Phone call with U-Haul:
Me: You have me scheduled to have the truck from 3pm to 2am. Those times are difficult - I can't get help then. I need the truck in the morning and early afternoon.
U-Haul lady: That's okay, you can return it as late as 7am.
Me: ...
Me: I can't get help between 2am and 7am.
I kid you not.
