Lackey lives in Tulsa. And I'd add an addendum: Burning Water and Children of the Night aren't bad, but Jinx High is awful.

She lives just outside Tulsa, yeah. Between Catoosa and Verdigris, I think.

I liked Jinx High. For whatever reason, I remember it best from the three books, maybe because of the setting. (Although most of the action takes place on the other side of town from where I grew up.)
