Election Day in Stevens Point

Today is an Election Day in SP. Mostly for city and county officials as well as referendums.

There is ONE MAJOR referendum on this ballot:
A city ordinance that basically BANS SMOKING!From what I gather, it's aimed mostly at bars and restaurants, but also has parts that pertain to churches and homes

Seems to be a number of smoking bans being introduced in various cities and states.

Example: The state of Maryland (from what I've read) is almost completely smoke-free, EVERYWHERE. There's reports that if a neighbor is offended by you smoking, IN YOUR OWN HOME, they can take some sort of legal action.

I'm NOT a smoker by any means, (personally I think it's a pretty gross habit), BUT this is still a right for every American age 18 and over to legally purchase and enjoy.
