Ok, time for us to call on our friends...

Cara (Killishandria)and I been Apartment hunting lately, and have narrowed it down to 2 possibilities... We need help deciding. The money for each is about the same with rent and utilities, the "living" space is only 1 Sq.Ft. different (although one has a garage), so its kind of a matter of layout and such. we have a storage locker atm, and will keep one if needed. but I do like the extra storage that the garage would provide... and the possibility of a pool table out there...

You can't go wrong with a pool table. Seriously though, I like the one with the garage just going by the floorplans.

I like the top one personally but i don't know anything else about it other than the floor plan.

the features and animenities are about the same for both places, unit wise. the layout was one of our biggest items that we had to come to an agreement on, lol. I think we are going with the Hunter's one (garage) its more practial, and a bit more bang for the buck. One of the biggest concerns we had was our cats, the 2nd plan is an upstairs only, and we don't want them kamikazing off the balcony.

thanks for the opinions guys, we hink we have a good decision made, after some opinions from other friends and family too, we'll let ya know the final verdict and our move in date when it all happens.

yeah, we both love the huge kitchen, we both enjoy cooking, but our current kitchen is a wreck... no storage and no counter space.

yeah, its gonna be pretty sweet, I'll have somewhere to neatly keep my tools and do a little bit of work on the cars and my woodworking. I'm still thinking pool table out there too....
