Oliver grinned as he waited on the elevator to take him up to the loft apartment in the clcok tower in Metropolis. He'd called Chloe the night before to let her know that he had some business to take care of over the weekend, and that he'd be arriving the next afternoon. So technically the business could have been taken care of over the phone, rather than in person.

Truthfully he just wanted to see her. Their phone calls and emails lately had grown even more flirtacious than usual, and he enjoyed their witty banter. Plus, he did enjoy a challenge.
