It is the little things
Last evening we had a family picnic/birthday party for our 6 year old grandson. Lots of fun was had by the kids and the adults did a lot of talking.

Several weeks back we flew back to Minneapolis, MN to attend my nephew, Mike and Kelly's wedding. It was a great time etc. At the time he told me that their plan was to travel and camp out west for 6 weeks. I told him to stop by, he had free room and board. Wabbit
The latest wabbit to inhabit my back yard now has a new home, thanks to a live trap that did it's job yesterday.
I took the critter to the local animal shelter, and told the lady at the desk, either they take the wabbit or he will become coyote bait.

Lunch with friends
Yesterday my good friend DeWaine asked three guys over for lunch, for pizza he cooked up on the grill. It was delicious if I may add.

Some work 1956 Chrysler New Yorker
A guy called me a few days back, his next door neighbor, 87 year old lady has a 1956 Chrysler New Yorker sitting in the garage and would like to sell it. Right down my alley baby. She said it was valued at $8,000 3 years ago, they should have sold it then. May not get $5,000 today. The car is very, very nice. I drove it and it is sweet. Those old ( Read more... )
