Am plagued by great sadness as my Washington Capitals saw the Franchise Record 14-game win streak come to an end with a 6-5 (OT) Loss to the Montreal Canadiens. Was bound to happen, but still sad

Awww- how sweet. And wow, that's a lotta snow :-) :-( over the Capitals- we've been watching them because otherwise we'd have shot ourselves long ago over the state of the Tampa Lightning.

It is a ton of snow.

And yeah - it's been a lot bigger to watch the Caps here with Ovechkin and the team being so awesome.

I will admit to feeling a bit of patriotic pride at the Canadiens kicking ass :D

Weirdly for me, because of Ovechkin, I find myself in the very bizarre position of rooting for Russia's Hockey team. I never root for Russia in anything.
