Is it bad that I use work to escape problems at home?

Thoughts?

No, because you actually like your job.

That may be true but the real question is do I have the potential to become a workaholic, putting my job before my family and friends. On a more global note, what about other people who have their own families yet virtually live at work. Bobby's dad seems to like his job a lot, what are Bobby's thoughts on this?

(And please, we can do better then one-liners :)

I thought that was, how you say, "normal"?

It seems to me that it works the other way around too. People come home from work to escape what's going on there. If it was such a wonderful place, we'd be living and sleeping there ;)

I thought it was "normal" for people to want to be at home with their family rather then slaving away in some cubical. So if that’s normal, what does that make me? Is it bad that if given the option, I would live and sleep there?
