If you can sequence the songs so the ending/starting notes correspond, that's awesome, but less important, I think, than the overall 'feel' of the record. I don't know this batch of songs very well, so I have no opinion outside of that.

You should work out an art budget, and find one artist to do the whole layout. $50-$100 would probably could probably get you top shelf artwork. There are a lot of amazing artists out there without work.

Actually, I could do the layout for free, if you get the artwork taken care of.

I think Leslie talked to Nadine about doing the artwork.

I think the actual track list order should be:

1. Buckley and Mordecai
2. Sandcastles
3. Kerouac
4. Tibet
5. ...Said Goodbye
6. Interlude
7. Panic! On Capital Hill
8. Hazel Park, MI

But, if you want to do Panic! with the single mic.. then I don't think it'll work like that.. because there's no way the mix/volume/mastering of that track will be the same as the rest of the songs.. and in the middle of the cd, it'd sound weird. If you wanna do it like that, it'd probably have to be very, very last. ...not that anyone listens to "albums" anymore.. so, they'll all probably be in random order on peoples ipods anyway.
