Like I told you in my review, this story was impressively well written. There are parts that simply take my breath away!

Your Danny and Martin are definitely more messed up than how the average fan -- and that includes me (sometimes :D) -- see them, but reading this story has been an interesting experience. Thanks for writing it like the way you did, I find that honest :)

This is an amazing story, I love it! One of the best D/M stories I've read, actually......kind of leaves me speechless. I like this Danny and Martin, and I hope you'll incorporate these personalities in even more stories somehow.

thank you! this was a little more intense than I expected it to be - it was supposed to come off a little lighter, but Danny and Martin wouldn't cooperate. I do love the characterizations though - I see Danny as having a few masculinity issues, and loving Martin but not being able to accept it in many ways. Thanks for the comments! I know this isn't standard fare in the world of D/M . . .

What a gorgeous, powerful story. I generally prefer happy endings, but this one just struck me as perfect the way it ended, the balance of Danny's attempt at resolving his childhood trauma and Martin's unrequited feelings and his resigned "keeping on keeping on". You said this turned out a little more intense than you'd expected it to be. Can I say, I'm really glad the story led you somewhere else! It was really heart-wrenching.
