So, I have thoracic hyperkyphosis. Basically, its an exaggerated curve in the thoracic part of my spine that makes me hunch over like a little old lady. And because your spine is not really supposed to do that, its causing muscle fatigue, which is the source of my pain. The good news is that the curvature isn't causing any compression to my spinal
