Brain Teaser - How many legs?

This was passed around work yesterday and I thought I'd post here..

Lets find out who's a math genius.... LOL

- There is a bus with 7 Girls
- Each girl carries 7 bags
- Inside each bag there are 7 cats
- Every cat has 7 kittens
- All cats/kittens have 4 legs each

Question: How many legs are in the bus?

I have three answers.... because the parameters are kind of vague. Is it just cat legs or all legs? If it is all legs, are we to assume that one of the 7 girls is driving, or do they have a bus driver? Do all the people on the bus have 2 legs?

1568 cat legs
1582 with the 7 girls (assuming 2 legs each)
1584 with a bus driver

Well, you were close... :) but heres the real answer

7 kids x 7 bags = 49 bags
49 bags x 7 big cats each = 343 big cats
343 big cats x 4 legs each = 1372 big cat legs
343 big cats x 7 kittens = 2401 kittens
2401 kittens x 4 legs = 9604 kitten legs
7 kids x 2 legs = 14 kids legs
1372 big cat legs + 9604 kitten legs + 14 kids legs =

10990 legs.

If there was a driver there would've be 10992 legs.
