This is just... so lovely and fun and happy and sweet. I love how Draco and Hermione's friendship develops, through good times and bad. And you also managed to write them believably at the same time keeping them less antagonistic toward each other (there are no screaming matches XD). The sofa fort idea is adorable. Here are a couple of my favorite parts:

I want to be there for you, school be damned. Shocked? You mean that much to me.

ALKFJASKDFJA. So sweet!

He spends the next twenty minutes hunting down her ungrateful, scraggly beast, only to discover the mangy creature nestling with his half-zombie mistress when he returns to the bedroom.

That is such a cat thing to do, jeez. I loved this whole scene, too, with Draco taking care of a sick Hermione.

Really wonderful story, Mystery Author!

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about the title, but I WAS SO ENTIRELY WRONG. This is a beautiful light-hearted fic, and it's refreshing that it's realistic, especially in this abyss of Draco/Hermione story. Great job!

I'm so glad that I waited to read this because it was such a pleasant and totally awesome surprise. You totally went in a different direction than I imagined and I am THRILLED that you did!

I love the progression of their relationship and how each vignette supported the steps. I really like how their friends (except for Ron, obvs,) were so supportive!

I think my favorite scene was when she farted in front of Malfoy! I absolutely adore the way he handled it too. It was completely brilliant! And Hermione's mortification reminded me of that episode of SitC when Carrie farted in front of Big...yeah.

Absolutely wonderful, but I expected nothing less!

This was fantastic! Absolutely my favorite kind of story. The dialogue was fantastic. And each little bit building up to the end there was just great. I adore witty dialogue and light-hearted fare. So this was perfect. Magnificent job mystery author!!! :-)))

a sweet, light, cute, funny fic! i practically fell out of my chair laughing about the farting! and i thought it hilarious that hermione is such a difficult person when sick. great job!
