I am one to see that LJ is attempting to try and smooth things over after the absolute clusterfuck that they caused. But is a freebie really going to be enough? Personally, I foresee A LOT of butt kissing that needs to take place before LJ cleans up the mess they created ( Read more... )

Keep in mind some of the V-gifts have tracking on them for ad purposes.

OTOH, some of the official LJ journals are getting a lot of 'gifts'...

Oops, sorry. All communities have members lists = friends lists, so any public post is fed through those also. I'm a perennial skimmer.
