I also COMPLETELY AGREE that there is nothing offensive about "Happy Chanukkah" or "Seasons Greetings" or "Blessed Yule" or "Happy Kwanza" or "Happy Holidays" if you're wishing someone to have a happy all of them, if you don't know which they celebrate.
It's the Christians who ARE offended by people saying anything OTHER than "Merry Christmas" which is irrational and ridiculous.
And just plain selfish and petty.

There are just as many non-christians who fuss about using Merry Christmas.
People just need to learn a little tolerance. I think, as a whole, our society has forgotten what it means to be a 'melting pot'. When you blend different religious/social/economic/cultural groups together, not everything meshes just so perfectly. There has to be tolerance of other belief structures.
