I got my unrestricted license. I don't know why because of my 2 accidents but I don't care. I GOT MY UNRESTRICTED LICENSE!!! sorry to burst ur bubble..BUT you dont get a new picture taken when your 18.i think you only get to renew your picture every 5 or 6 years or...w/e...atleast thats how often you have to get a new one. so keep on lookin at a young picture of you. (better than being 20 and lookin like your 25 or 30 right?) sorry hehe...enjoy..i have a lot to tell you i met a wonderful guy named Daniel, you have to call me to know more about him or talk to me online!!! it's unbelieveable!
