Can't help you, I'm afraid. I thought I wanted to be a P31 woman... until I realized that it's too progressive for me. LOL I want to be a wife and homemaker, and that's about it. Which is more or less shameful in today's society ( ... )

I am also too old for the young adults, and way scared of women's ministry. There were only two single people at last night's event...me and my friend. The rest were married, happily, for anywhere from 3 years to 30+ years. Not once did I feel less than because I wasn't married. But...this is the first time that I've had that experience.

Sometimes there isn't a niche already created in which you will fit. Sometimes God creates the niche. You are a unique individual, and God created you that way. Maybe there are some other people who enjoy role playing games and the Renn Faire who need to be encouraged?

As for the person who told you that God wants to change yourself to find a husband, that is a bunch of crap. God has a man who was created uniquely for you and you for him. If you change into a stepford woman, he'll be sadly disappointed when he meets you and keep on looking...for the real you.
