(Since we already discussed this a bit, I'll continue where we left off). Your banality and normality (at first impression) cross off Misa. Also, since you didn't put much information here, I kind of had to go with a character we don't know much about. Pretty much most of what you've said works with what I remember about her.

Since choosing underdeveloped characters isnt my thing, i'd choose Misa. It's not a perfect fit, but i think it's the best death note has to offer for you.
