Who would you use it on, and why?: if i could single out a few individuals that were obviously no good, id off them, but i don't think id be one to abuse the power. Might try using it on myself to experiment...
Do you support Kira?: I support what he was trying to do, but proclaiming himself god was a little much. I mean he did act, which is probably more than i can do.
