I second Lolita. But you should also check out The Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury. That's some trippy ass awesome science fiction shit right there.

ah, that is short, sweet, serene... calming and peaceful. i haven't had a good book of poetry in a while, i sort of lost interest in it for some reason, but it might be time to pick up some verses and here there, thanks!
