I have been so stressed about painting fields and it has been 105 degrees out still. It was so nice Gary, Benny and Eddie all showed up to help. It was completely overcast (so didn't melt (and burn)) in the sun!! We knocked out the outer edges of all fields by about 13:00. Not bad as we got started about 9:00 (5 hours). Okay so running Mac OSX now. Liking 99.9% of it though still having rough times with some portions. Soccer stuff is killing me as is work situation. Just checking out a client on OSX and letting people know I am still alive. Thinking a lot about life lately. God is good, even when life sux.

Okay.. So we woke up the other day and saw that houses in our neighborhood our size were selling for over $330,000. It looks like we could probably get nearly $350,000 for our house. Seeing how we owe about $150,000 that gives us a good $200,000 in equity. We decided to go look to see if we could get something a little bit bigger without jacking ( Read more... )
