A homeless man in an Iron Maiden shirt rode by with two dogs and a blaring radio. I kind of wanted to be his friend. He had large glasses and an epic beard. I waved but he ignored me for people that weren't there.

Speaking of epic-icity, the world is significantly less epic today: Ronnie James Dio died this morning, apparently of stomach cancer.
