I had this little story in the workings for the Universal Fan Day over at panther_mania but didn't finish in time. I want to dedicate this to both thatdudejoe and lyttlqt21 for all the effort they put into UFD.

I most definitely won't stop writing them. TBH I'd love to write other chacters as well but I feel so protective about Matt and Julie and they seem to get neglected a bit in the fandom. *hugs them to her heart*

I don't know if I've already told you this, but I seriously adore all your fics. You always manage to write perfectly the characters, especially when it comes to Matt and Julie, and their relationship. And everytime I'm reading your new fanfiction, I always get the impression that it could happen without a doubt in the show.

Since I know your LJ, I saved all your fanfics and love reading them from time to time. ♥

At 20, Matt starts to draw again. It’s around the same time Grandma starts to forget his name.

The relationship between Matt and his Grandma is one of the sweetest and saddest on the show. So great in all its miniscule details. I love it.

i have to say that that was very good.

Matt & his Grandma was one of the first stories that hooked me into the show... sweet and sad all at the same time. reminds me a lot of my relationship with my granddad.

Grandma Saracen is the best - she is kinda like a fool in a tragedy, unknowingly speaking the truth. Like she will be all gaga and loopy and then she has one single lucid moment and NAILS it.

Also love the way she talks dirty with food.

you're so very welcome! i am glad to finally pick up my pens and sit down to MS Word again... as the writers were on strike, as was i! ha! :)
if it catches my eye, i definitely give it a shifty and i am a fan of what you guys have been writing... i have to sit down and read more when i have time (like this weekend).
Grandma Saracen is great and very true to her words when she's in a moment of lucidity and in her loopiness, the comedian of a tragicomedy--much like my granddad was.
i wondered if anyone else caught her talking dirty with her food... now i know someone did! lol!
