Do you enjoy reading? If so, what are some of your favorite books/authors? I guess. I spend a lot of time reading current events/political things, not in books, but online. But two authors I really like are Sarah Vowell and David Sedaris.
Films and that kind of shit: I have a strong feeling I'm going to like Where The Wild Things Are. I like Annie Hall and Closer and In America and Lean On Me and To Be and To Have and Rivers and Tides.
Job Situation: I have a job interview in a week to work at the circulation desk at my school's library. I am in a masters program in educational psychology.

Also, there's this girl upstairs and she's making me want to learn more about life in and the political dynamics of former Soviet states like Georgia and Chechnya and to engage more in life in general- to go outside and meet many, many people and to grow and live life and progress and to not look back but to enjoy adulthood and the Spring and Summer in New York City.

Anywho, I'm in the midst of renovating another one of these things (a place that'd appreciate and accept guys like ogo and mick) that has somehow managed sustainability for 5 years and may be in danger of dying. So that's honestly the reasoning that brought me here- the idea that some degree of like-minded empathy might exist here, though admittedly this is very much like venturing into some cold, dark cave alone yelling and hearing nothing but the echos. But, you know, people do that; it's atypical but not so strange.
