I canceled my Final Fantasy XI account tonight. I haven't played it in a couple of months, so I figured paying $12/month for it was rather stupid. I feel kinda sad though. I spent a lot of time in that world. Alas. *sigh*

Summer classes began today. Truly, I would have rather taken the summer off and just worked a lot. At this point however, I just want to finish school as quickly as possible. It's a gorgeous day outside today. As such, I couldn't find any excuses to get out of hard outdoor labor. So, today I: Dug several freakin' huge holes, planted trees, mowed lawns, cut small trees w/ bow saws, leveled large trees with chainsaws, sharpened axes with grinders, and then used the axes to chop lumber. I watched Warren Miller's Free Ride this morning. Thats one hour and a half of flicking off and shouting obscenities at the riders in the screen. I mean, these people do this for a living!

I want a long, deep frozen, so white you think your going to go blind when ever the sun shines, early november to late march winter.

Since I so dearly love frozen wintry weather, and since winter like weather is so rare in this area, I had to take several long walks outside today. It was good fun watching the Grammy's last night la casa de naqerj and gorski (read naqerj's journal for notes), but how could it be otherwise? I began my new job today. The work, mostly sanding and painting/coating, was simple and repetitive.
