It is with great sadness that Kim's Ark Rodent Rescue announces that after 7 wonderful years, we will be closing our doors at this time.

Effective immediately, the Ark will no longer be accepting surrendered rats from outside sources. As always, the Ark will continue to function in its full capacity for all rats

I followed through to your journal from your post on other comms. Just wanted to say thanks again for all you (and the others) have done for rescue rats.

You did a lot over a long period of time. Don't be sad for what you need to choose to do, be happy for all the animals you were able to help over the course of 7yrs.

I found this through the ratties community and just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and devotion. You actually worked on my rat over the summer and after having met you, I can imagine just how hard this must be for you. Thank you again.
