Our landlord said "no parties, but you can have barbecue."

Oh yeah.. when we were looking for apartments, we had this russian guy show us around a place, and he was talking about his garage being vandalized/tagged up all the time, he was like "It like cat and mouse and I cannot catch like cat..." with the really heavy russian accent. I just got a kick out of it I guess...
