I need the name of a child actress turned rebellious teenager who nonetheless was not published doing full-frontal nudity. (This is for a near-future SF story whose opening paragraph came to me in a dream. Alas, in the dream it involved Drew Barrymore, whom the internet informs me has shown her vulva to the world.)

I think that Miley Cyrus pic might be just demure enough to work. Mind you, I'm so pop-culture-illiterate that I had to look up her Wikipedia entry to see who she was.
Problem is she's so young, she could still have some Spears/Lohan-type downward spiral that makes the reference seem absurdly dated. I see I'm going to have to come up with a different sort of metaphysics for the strange cult. (Yes, that paragraph is deliberately obscure.)

She *is* trying to shed her goody girl image, like Jessica Biel has successfully done, so that could go wrong. Just yesterday people were freaking out about how she cut her long hair for a short blonde do, which is actually pretty hot, but people linked it to Spears' head-shaving. Totally not the same.
