I just tried to open a screw-top bottle of wine with a wine opener. When did expensive bottles of wine start using screw-tops? Isn't that antithetical to wine? I mean, really...I don't any help feeling more stupid than I already do thank you very much

I'd definitely agree with what housespinner has said here. You really need to give things a better and longer chance.

I guess I'd somewhat agree but there's definitely different levels of adjusting. It probably only took me a week or two to really adjust to moving to the NW Suburbs of Chicago. However, socially it probably took more like 2-3 months at least. Then there's work, I was at this new job right out of college and there were so many new things to learn and adapt to. I actually really hated my job for about 2-3 months, then the cloud cleared and I began to understand a lot of things much better. Then I actually really loved my job. When I got switched to another division in the company last fall the same thing happened. For a couple months I was not enjoying things too much, but then I started catching on to all of the new lingo and such and now I love it again

We all make our own decisions in life and sometimes we dont like those decisions. But what must we all do to come back to the realisations of life. Pick ourselves uP and keep moving towards the future. Look forward and not backwards, cause you cant change or go back into the past, but you can sure as hell change the future. I must say that I have been so disappointed the way that things have turned out between us. If it takes being the "BIG ONE" Yes I will do it and its nothing but a number to me!!! Unfortunately, the times and places of such great memories that you have, of places, can never be relived and no matter how hard one tries, will never be the same. People move on, places change and people change as well. I have seen nothing but a huge change in the friend that I have loved for some time now. I dont know what it is or what it was, but if was something I did myself, I would surely like to know of this. I just want nothing more for you all to be happy, and doing what, one feels needs to be done, then go with it. But
