Ratchet waits by the corridor airlock door for it to cycle open for him as he prepares to re-enter the Medbay. He'd been sneaking in some recharge when Skyfire had commed him to let him know that Starscream was leaving, and turning the bay over to him. To be honest, he probably could have used a few more hours of downtime before he headed back here

The half-raised weapon alarms him, but he knows full well that this loss of composure could be fatal. If the enemy chose to press matters when he was so weakened, he would not be able to win through. No, he must convince Galvatron that he is as strong as he ever was and that the cost of fighting him would be rephrehensible.
With an effort, Jetstorm represses the lightning once more, sending what he cannot repress to dance around his horns. "There is nothing wrong with me," he says coldly.
Ratchet's request catches his audials, and he turns his head just enough to stare down at the undead medic. There is something remote and faintly disdainful in his gaze - I tolerate your continued existence because of past aid rendered, nothing more.Still, being in the open would give him more room to maneuver if it came to a fight. As well, he could find a ( ... )

"Please forgive my rudeness, Galvatron, but I'd better see to Jetstorm. He was hallucinating badly last night, and his stability is questionable right now."
The white shuttle-mech nods politely at Galvatron as he heads for the open door.

That look. He'd understood it, and it shook him more than he's willing to admit just now. He stifles a shiver of reaction as he opens up another secure comm line to Skyfire's partner.
// Starscream. Jetstorm's having another episode, and Skyfire's gone after him. I've got a bad feeling about it. If whatever you're up to right now can wait... you may want to catch up and keep an eye on your partner. I don't want any of us finding out the hard way that there's such a thing as a bite too big for even Skyfire to chew. Be careful. Jetstorm's charged up, pissed off, and he's carting Auspex around like property. //
He turns a solemn look upon Galvatron. "That went well."

Before she can even begin to decide exactly howto go about doing that, Jetstorm scoops her up and makes his escape with her, as she yelps in protest. Well... this is different. She clings to him, for fear of being injured in this mad excursion... and now that she's in contact with him, she takes the opportunity to channel Primus to him, though she's not sure it will have an effect.
Jetstorm... be still.. Jetstorm's spark wanders, he must come back to me...

Whatever he was about to say is interrupted. //Galvatron? Scourge. I'm on my way into Autobot City with that shuttle you wanted brought, mighty Galvatron. Where are you?//
Galvatron nods. "Ah! You'll be glad to know that I'm about to get out of your way, Ratchet...." //Scourge? Get that shuttle down on the nearest landing point to the Medbay! Which is where I am, logically!// He pauses.
//And Scourge... where's Cyclonus?//

"Well, I have to admit, your lot have been some of the quietest patients I've ever worked on, but I can't say that I'll be too sorry to have the Medbay back," he replies sardonically.
He very carefully does not tack the "to normal," onto that last bit. Really, there's no need to taunt the Great Squat of Probability this close to the endgame now, is there?

He edges back, flattening himself to the wall. "And Cyclonus isn't with me because we ran into Starscream and he went to deal with that and please don't shoot me I swear it wasn't my fault..."
