If somebody had the right codec then it might work. As it is, I'd need somebody with another Luma to send a tiny, black and white still image every six seconds. The Wikipedia article on videophones is worth checking out just for the pictures.

Interesting. From what I can tell, apparently it was originally developed by a guy named Roy Elkins who worked at Atari, and when Atari went belly-up, he took the tech with him to Mistubishi. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJgBhesWdfg is a vid of what it looks like in action.
