I hope Ned Lamont trounces Joe Lieberman in the primaries.

I'm tired of apologetic, pro-war Democrats trying to appease conservative critics. I want a real-deal progressive alternative, not the same half-baked centricism that's been served up since the Clinton administration.

I oughta know, being a Connecticut boy myself. :)

He's popular amongst the older crowd, but the turnout has been bad for him, thus far. I believe his days as a U.S. Senator are numbered.
